Thank you for choosing Quicksells. We hope you are thrilled with your items, but if not, we're ready to help make it right.

Exchange or Return Request

You are entitled to request an exchange or a return within 14 days from when you receive your package.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

If you encounter any issues (receiving a faulty or incorrect item, or if you're simply not satisfied with your purchase), please reach out to us at support@quicksells.com with:

  • Your order number or Transaction ID
  • A clear reason for the return or exchange
  • Visual documentation of the problem, such as a photo or video

Our Customer Service team will respond promptly with assistance and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is required to track and process your return. Please note, we will not accept returns without prior communication and authorization, and an RMA number.

One-off Exchange Option

For many issues, we offer a one-time exchange for a more suitable item without the need for you to return the original item, along with priority shipping for a faster resolution.

Guidelines for Returns or Refund

If you prefer a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • Advertised product images may differ slightly from the actual items due to lighting or differences in monitor displays. Please allow for a 20% variance between the images and the actual items you receive.
  • Prior to returning an item, contact us to receive the correct return address and an RMA number. Returns sent to any other address, or without an RMA number, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Items that cannot be returned include customized products, incorrect purchases, and items damaged by customer handling. For hygiene reasons, shapewear, underwear, innerwear, pajamas, swimsuits, and masks are final sale and non-returnable.
  • If the return is due to customer error, such as incorrect size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the cost of the product upon receipt of the return. Please note, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
