Ordering

How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

Our US warehouse ships to destinations within the United States and Canada, while our China warehouse offers global shipping services.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Our standard processing time is 2-5 business days. US orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.

My tracking number isn’t working

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You are entitled to request an exchange or a return within 14 days from when you receive your package. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
