Cancellations and Changes

Should you reconsider your purchase, email us at support@quicksells.com with your order number and desired changes. We'll confirm once we've updated your order.

You can cancel or alter your order on the day of purchase. Beyond this period, orders are processed and cannot be modified.

A fee covering management, processing, and transactions (20% of your total order value) will apply for cancellations.

Incorrect Address

If an order is sent to an incorrect address due to your error:

  • We cannot be held liable for misdelivered or returned items, as they are typically discarded upon return.
  • Replacements will incur charges, so please double-check your shipping details.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to reach out to us at our email address before initiating any chargebacks or disputes. We aim to resolve issues amicably, and chargebacks often hinder the refund process due to the freezing of funds.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns

For refunds, exchanges, or returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back without this number, as it is essential for tracking and processing your return. Our Customer Service will provide you with an RMA and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Remember, we do not accept refunds for used items.

Refund requests for items that have been used will not be accepted.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Once a refund is processed by our Customer Service, it should reflect in your account within 2-5 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after this period, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
